Proximity to the lake. Layout of chalet. Comfort of beds.

We didn’t know how to work the A/C so it was too stuffy and warm and one sink didn’t work. Also minimal supplies were provided. Lake as too cold. Also no regular tv stations.

Everything was amazing!! The Pyramid homes were unique, comfortable, peaceful! The thermal lake was magical!! The hosts were extraordinary!! We didn’t want to leave !!

"Beautiful Get-A-Way at Pyramids in Florida"

The place is beautiful! The pyramid we stayed in was the perfect size for us and it was very comfortable. We also love the grounds and the lake. Such a gorgeous view of the pyramids while floating in the lake! Krystal was wonderful! She was very helpful, and she always made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Other than that, there was nothing that we didn't like! Can't wait to go back!

"Not at all what I paid for."

The location is sketchy. The accommodations are very dated. The “view” I booked is not at all what I got. There is barely any privacy inside the pyramid because the window coverings were broken and didn’t close all the way and additionally had pieces missing. The back terrace faced overgrown woods, a chain link fence and the two neighboring ac units. The deck box that held the cushions for the outdoor furniture was dirty and full of bugs making it useless. Attempted to wash dishes prior to using and the dish cloth turned the water brown. The blow dryer provided was so sticky and gross that it couldn’t even be held. There were random hairs in drawers, on the floor, in the towels and on the sofa.
