Wonderful lodging. Professionally run. Excellent service. An outstanding lodging facility. The room was excellent. Exceptional cleanliness. 5 star like.

The rooms are very nice and extremely clean. Great location for access to grand mesa and other outdoor places. The proprietor is very professional and provides excellent service for guests. Friendly and accommodating.

At first the staff were nice and friendly

I didn't like the fact there was no breakfast and the staff came into our room without our permission we had a guest we were to add when we came home from work but the staff were rude to here and kicked her out. I had booked a new room for this very purpose and had already paid for 3 days. The owner yelled at me was unprofessional and said that we would be charged for the day but would not be allowed to stay ripping us off
