"Barely adequate."

The continental breakfast was very basic and you had to carry the food back to your room on a tray, there was no dining area. The staff tried to help fix a problem with the TV but they couldn't. I fixed it myself. The room itself was large and adequately furnished.

The heat had not been turned on prior to our arrival sand it was a very cold day. The room was very cold and the small wall mounted AC unit took hours to warm it up. The control in the shower didn't work right initially, I had to use some force to get the water to flow. The water in the sink drained very, very slowly. I had the impression this room had not been used or inspected in some time.

"Depressing and run down"

Easy location.

They charged $15 per pet! I had three so that got expensive fast. For how run down the room was that was outrageous.

"We will not be back."

It was a place to sleep, kind of.

The heater was very loud and we couldn't sleep with it on, but then with the heat off, it was very cold. There was a loud, repeating beeping noise, which we finally figured out was coming from the empty room next to us. After we called the office, someone came fairly soon to fix the problem.

Because vacancy full, water in shower was tepid for awhile.
