The bed was very comfortable.

The water control for both cold and hot was difficult to maintain and no mini fridge.

Great staff and good location

Rooms need some renovation

expected the location to be a plus but the staff just block off the chairs near the water for their friends and we ended up on the sand on a towel instead of 'blue chairs' with an umbrella. Air conditioner was nice and quiet, bed reasonable.

no amenities (no tissue, no cup, broken furniture, no safe, no drawers, one towel, no chair) We had to pile our clothes on the floor or use the one luggage rack between us to keep things in the suitcase.

Location was nice. staff were Friendly. TV sound was bad. I was not too effected as I brought my Chromecast and a Bluetooth speaker.

The room contains no amenities like a coffee maker or bar fridge. the bed was a concrete platform and a tired mattress. bathroom light over vanity was not operating. Pictures on website are very old when compared to the actual space represented.

The location was great, and the view was amazing.

The building is literally falling to pieces. My room had a missing tile that had fallen out. Paint all over the glass balcony. The balcony was dirty, the floor was dirty. There was a sad plant with nesting pidgeons on the balcony. There was paint splecks that had fallen from the ceiling.

The staff was friendly and accommodating

The rooms are dirty and in a state of disrepair. The single towel in our room was stained beige/brown. The room was absolutely disgusting. The photos are not representative of the space in any way.

This is not a typical hotel. No safe in the room. Loud music until midnight every night. Maintenance seems to be a struggle. The pool was dirty and unusable for at least 2 days after the pool party. Our bathroom door was old and worn out, needed rebuilt. Towels are scarce and thread bare. Front desk struggled to get us our breakfast coupons. The restaurant was slow and not friendly service for breakfast. Elevators are questionable and slow. The drag queens are C grade at best. The drinks are weak. I would not stay here again. The kids peddling weed and cocaine on the beach and at the hotel entrance are annoying.

Oceanfront

Pigeons had crapped all over the balcony and the fabric chairs. Had to wash them in shower. Disappointing they weren’t cleaned for our arrival. And looked as though hadn’t been cleaned for months considering the amount of crap on them. Water pressure was low.
