We travel a lot in Mexico and the Caribbean and I have to say, this place has blown me away. We were welcomed with smiles and excitement and the friendliest staff. Raphael the MGR made us feel life family from the second we sat down. The beers are so cold they burn. The guacamole was hand made and fajitas were some of the best! Oh and the whole time here, not one single fly! The music is pumping some classic disco and it made it hard for me to leave to get in the water. Prices are great and it’s just a gorgeous place. We can’t wait to come back!

Customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced. Will never recommend this place. Stole my money. Wouldn’t give me a copy of my contract which is against the law.

We reserved a beachfront penthouse - when we arrived our room was facing the back of the property, ocean no where to be seen. We were moved the next day to what we reserved. Two days without hot water!! The penthouse itself as dirty and musty If you did not take a quick shower the water would run over in the bathroom. The towels were like sandpaper. and sheets musty.. I could go on - the photos proved of the rooms must be 20 years old and reviews fake!! I have stayed in many hotels around the world - this is one of the worse. The only bright spot was the bar and service staff across the street at the bar!!

This is a party hotel in desperate need of a renovation. They are good about seeing that the music is over by midnight but be aware if you choose this place that you are where the action is at.
