Qtos limpos . Vista fantástica . Funcionários na sua grande maioria simpáticos e prestativos.

A chegada tínhamos confirmado com o recepcionista que um dos quartos tinha camas separadas e … nao ! Esta situação foi prontamente resolvida por outra equipa que amavelmente mudou-nos os 2 qtos para outro andar . Não foi muito agradável uma vez que estávamos com o tempo muito apertado para um evento e por termos confirmado a chegada aquando do check in sendo confirmado o que nos causou algum transtorno .

"Underwhelming experience"

Very underwhelming experience. I’m sure you will find better value for money somewhere else. Hotel ventilation and AC system needs an overhaul. Staff were not accommodating at all. Unless you are there for golf I don’t think it lives up to an expectation of a resort.

"Spacious rooms and stunning scenery"

The setting and facilities are excellent, the rooms are generously sized and reception / lobby areas very well maintained. We flagged an issue with one of the rooms in our townhouse (visible mould & damp smell in one of the rooms rendering it unusable) which was dealt with swiftly and expertly by the team. Very much appreciated.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the only area for improvement would be the service in restaurants which we found slow / inattentive at times.
