If you're going to give folk bottled water, choose bottles than someone without super human strength can open. At wedding on Saturday bar gad only opened in Ross suite daughter ordered an espresso martini and bar maid actually rolled her eyes at her. Men's toilets had option of shampoo ot body lotion to wash hands with. Same empty cigarette packet sat on a table outside spa for 2 days, enchanted trail so overgrown and rusted, couldn'tsee littlefairy houses...not massive things in isolation but given cost of weekend these little details just pulled it down a little....also disappointing we had a car park view staying 2 nights when others just staying the one got a lough view

The setting is incredible. It was very nice to be able to walk around the resort and enjoy the space.

Although being in a lodge room was nice and quiet with lovely views, it made the trek to breakfast uninviting, especially in the rain.

It’s a lovely old style luxury, very peaceful , well kept , the staff were the best part.

I think it’s for an older crowd. At the bar in the evening my wife and I were prob the youngest ones there by at least 10 years. It was mainly pensioners.

View from the room was amazing, lake with swans and rolling forestry fading into the mists in the distance

Very small feedback - On previous afternoon visits for lunch I wondered if they could have some music in the background in the bar area - would add to the atmosphere and allows for better conversation - think AI could provide any type of music now without a licence
