We got upgraded to a Villa with Pool instead of the Pool Access Room. Awesome Privacy and peace.

Only disappoint was the spa was closed for renovation and was not told that before booked

The room is clean. He have a beautiful pool. It’s a good hotel for the price.

Beautiful hotel grounds, very well kept. We had an amazing stay.

Good location and was given an upgrade with our own pool entrance on our balcony. However, the room was outdated and needed some maintenance and up keep. The floors made noises. We had some light bulbs out. There were many stains throughout the room. Don’t book a taxi from the hotel to the airport, go down the street and book one from the tour companies. The hotel quoted 1200 baht and when asked if there were shuttle service they said no, however the tour company had shuttle options from 250 - 300 baht per person (keep in mind they suggest 2.5 hours journey) or private taxi for 800 baht.

Convenient location with great facilities. We were upgraded to one of the villa's and the private pool was amazing.

A great place to stay

Comfy resort near Kata Beach featuring a pretty great pool. Do yourself a favor and pay for the pool access room...well worth the extra money. Breakfast buffet could be better, but it’s not the worst I’ve had. They would be wise to consider more vegetarian options, however. Don’t expect to have reliable WiFi at any time and anywhere (room, lobby, etc) as their’s is dodgy at best, but everything else was quite enjoyable. I’d come back.

Very good resort close to beach, booked a standard classic room which is quite large compared to other resorts in kata,large family friendly pool and breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from overall a good resort with friendly staff and free shuttle to Phuket and the beach.

We got upgraded to a suite which was huge Shame they could not replace towels when they cleaned the room every day we were towels missing Swimming pool is huge and well kept
