Nice place for budget motel staff was friendly

This was a great place to stay for the purposes of our trip. We went there to explore the city, the restaurants, the attractions, and we wanted a place that was well located and would make our stay easier. This is what we got, the room was spacious and had many things, like a fridge, a microwave, and a kitchenette (this one we did not use but we liked we had it)

Generous breakfast fruit and rolls and cereal. Clean room, plenty of towels. Staff is friendly.

Clean and quiet. good value. King bed rooms only on second floor...No elevator

This is an older hotel. However, it is maintained meticulously, and always meets my needs when I am in Brenham. Second time to stay and will be back.

The property is a really good value and the room had a kitchen.

I understand that this is a pet friendly property, which is a good thing, but I should not have to be in a room that smells like an overused litterbox. Many aspects of this motel are quite nice, given the obvious age of the place, but cleanliness is not something to be skipped.
