The location

Geez where do I start?!!…. I had to pay the same price but we didn’t get a refrigerator, he said that it was a renovated room and they haven’t gotten the refrigerators yet. I asked to change rooms but he said they can do it in the morning. I told him we had a baby and needed for the milk but he didn’t want to change it. (Got a cooler and ice) No amenities for the shower. Only one trash can. We only got 2 towels for 4 adults and we asked for more but the front desk once again said to come in the morning. I went in the morning for the towels and he said he will let housekeeping know. Housekeeping came and only brought 2, when I asked for 6, he said he had to ask the Manager. He still only brought 2 more. The floor towel for the bathroom was oil stained.
