"Simply amazing "

It was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless, well organized and offers a great variety of activities. Not only that but the food was excellent as well with a huge buffet that changes its meals every single day. Especially amazing was the staff. Everyone’s been super friendly and helpful! Special to mention the whole housekeeping team doing a tremendous job cleaning, Ahmet from the restaurant, the young guy from the patisserie (don’t know his name) and the whole photographer team in particular Mikail. Thank you all for giving us an unforgettable time.

Hotel war sehr schön, man hatte alles was man brauchte und der Service war sehr sehr gut und jeder unserer Wünsche wurde erfüllt. Einzige was gestört hat war, nicht jeder Mitarbeitende konnte Englisch reden und wenn ja dann sehr schwach. Würde 9 von 10 Sterne geben.

"Hayal kırıklığı oldu."

Otelde bırakın eşlik etmeyi odamızın yeri bile düzgün tarif edilmedi, dolanıp durduk. Duşta saçlar, yastıkta karıncalar vardı. Oda genişti ve mobilyalar yeniydi. 3 defa elektrik kesintisi oldu ve jeneratör o sıcakta sadece birinde devreye girdi. İnternet doğru düzgün çekmiyordu. Sahilde duşlar çalışmıyordu. Odada sıcak suyun gelmesi için 20 dk su açık bekledim. Yemekler beklentimin üzerindeydi. Genel olarak korkunç değildi ama 5 yıldızlı otele ve o ücrete hiç yakışmayan bir servis hizmeti ve temizliği vardı. 3 yıldızlı otelde kalmış gibi hissettim. Bir daha kalmam.
