The Spa circuit is marvelous! The staff is very diligent. The rates are increasingly higher with a third person even if she is a kid. The pool is small but warm. Complicates for elders to walk around. - good and fresh food-

El servicio en el restaurante fue pésimo. Al siguiente día pedimos room service. Llamamos 3 veces para que vinieran a recoger las cosas y nunca lo hicieron. Dejaron los platos sucios y restos de comida por más de un día. Terrible.

Beautiful location in Nature, good spa facilities, healthy, tasty food to buy on the menu, nice to have an outdoor swimming pool.

My 'room' was a tent. It was absolutely freezing cold in mid-February. It'll probably get too hot in warmer weather. There might be a few weeks in the year when it's pleasant, but really it's way, way too expensive for a tent, even a nicely decorated one. I asked reception every day of my 4-day stay for an extra heater. They couldn't be bothered. I also had to get up during dinner to top up my water due to staff not being present in the restaurant, and spa staff changed my "confirmed" booking because they chose to accommodate other people who booked after me instead - this meant I had to cancel work calls I had booked. I have never come across such awful service at such an expensive hotel. Thankfully the Manager apologised on my last day and gave me some free food as a result of the terrible service.

The location is amazing, like a fairy tale. It also has a great spa.

The food is expensive

Great experience and incredible atmosphere to relax and enjoy the nature for the weekend. Food at the Grill was amazing and the spa is experiences superb.

Parking spaces and getting in and out by car is always a bit tricky since road to access the hotel is quite narrow and only enough space for one car at a time! Would be a good improvement point for the hotel to fix that but to be honest it is not really a deciding factor for someone to choose to stay as at the very end, it’s something manageable, just mentioning it as an opportunity for improvement!
