Charleston Creekside Inn

Location was convenient.

Facilities were old. Room was very noisy being next to a highway with traffic most of the night. There was no elevator which made it very difficult to get luggage up to second floor.

We liked the grounds, the dock, and the wetlands. Also liked the proximity to the Magnolia Plantation and Gardens.

The pool wasn't open, without explanation, and I really wanted a swim at the end of each day. It was a heavy consideration in choosing this motel. Also, the room didn't have a closet, and I had some clothes I wanted to hang up.

It was easy to get into and out of historic Charleston. We were provided a list of various restaurants nearby (Zen Asian Fusion is very good). Washer and dryer clean and operate using credit card. Ice machine worked. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

We were very pleased with everything.

The area was really nice and the general manager was awesome!

The lights outside are really bright and your room lit up while trying to sleep.
