"Pleasant stay!"

I just completed a two-night stay at the RI Newport and had a pleasant experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to several shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Newport. I would stay here again!

Great breakfast Hotel shuttle to Newport Comfortable bed Courteous front desk staff

Staff could have been a little more knowledgeable about exactly where the shuttle drop off point was in Newport and more specific about exact location of RIPTA bus stop.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to downtown Newport. We enjoyed the breakfast as it had plenty of options. Loved the hot oatmeal with all the toppings they offered. The last day of our trip the water was shut off for about 30 minutes as I was finishing up my shower (not fun). Our toilet had issues as well. Room was very nice though. We would stay here again.

The front desk gal “Elaine” Was very helpful and such great personality. She is a true asset to this location. Room well cleaned & great condition. Breakfast area very clean and food items fresh too!

Second bedroom needs a full length mirror.
