Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square

Got robbed by the valet that parked my vehicle but I’m the one who almost got caught with a possible DUI. I had the front desk pull the truck up to get my money that I had forgotten. THEY HAD MY KEYS. I went to get my cash. GONE. I asked to checkout and the BS started. I should have stayed but I wanted to be home for the kids. Filed a police report, even got the valets name. I’ll have the cameras looked at. HILTON, SOUTHLAKE TX. Crazy man. Emailing corporate tomorrow; I’m tired. Happy Fathers Day to me, I have a police report # and my own video as well. The cops were real cool after the explanations but I’m still out Father’s Day money.

The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful.

the bed was very hard, small room , and the was barely large enough for 1 person

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms clean. However, I was concerned about the large open vents in the ceiling, not sure how that affects airflow or noise level. More notably, the front staff seemed unwelcoming, especially during check-in. A warmer greeting would have made a big difference. Overall cleanliness was a highlight, but some attention to staff hospitality and room design would have elevated the experience.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. They were very accommodating and allowed me to order a bouquet of flowers for our 17th wedding anniversary and had them delivered to our room before we arrived. It was classy and the staff was very helpful. Will come again
