Hilton Dallas Southlake Town Square

My husband and I had the most incredible stay at Hilton Southlake! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. By day, we explored the charming shops and boutiques just steps from the hotel, Southlake Town Square is a shopper’s dream! Whether we were browsing designer finds or grabbing a cozy coffee, everything was walkable and beautifully curated. And by night? The energy completely transformed. We loved the upscale dining options, live music, and the buzzing nightlife scene. It felt like the whole town came alive after sunset, and we were right in the heart of it. The hotel itself was immaculate, elegant rooms, plush bedding, and thoughtful touches that made us feel pampered. We especially appreciated how close we were to everything, yet the hotel still felt like a peaceful retreat when we returned to unwind. Hilton Southlake truly offers the best of both worlds: relaxation and excitement, luxury and local charm. We can’t wait to come back for another weekend escape!

Had an amazing stay at the Hilton Southlake! The staff went above and beyond—truly some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've encountered at any hotel. I loved the fresh new vibe of The Henley—super stylish and welcoming. The back patio with the new firepit and soft seating was an unexpected treat and the perfect place to unwind in the evening. Can’t wait to return in December for the holidays. Highly recommend!!

My room was not ready at check in time and after waiting an hour and a half they ended upgrading me to a suite. It was very nice!

It was fine. Its one of those hotels where, on the surface, it looks all clean and new but if you take a minute to look around the room and bathroom you'll see the bad finishing and wears and tears and you realize it needs some upkeep. The lobby, bar area and front entrance are excellent. Very modern and very "Southlake" with good hospitality. However the pool is the weakest part of the hotel. It contradicts the look and feel of the welcome you get. Its dirty, over crowded and there are not enough places to station yourself. All in all, its a business and conference hotel that has had some investment to make it fit with the arwa its in. It works and youll be haooy enough, but certainly don't expect a 4 or 5 star experience. One last complaint is that checkout is 11am, but at 10am, then 10:30am, you'll have a knock on your door rushing you to leave so they can flip the room and make it available early for new guests. This is seemingly a common complaint but nothing seems to be done to stop it.
