Изключително доволни сме от престоя си! Хотелът надмина очакванията ни във всяко отношение. Храната беше разнообразна и много вкусна, материалната база е отлично поддържана, чиста и комфортна. Най-силно впечатление обаче ни направи обслужването – целият персонал е любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Специални благодарности към мениджъра Тодор, който е топ! След като толкова много ни хареса, пожелахме да удължим престоя си с още една нощувка. Въпреки натовареността на хотела, той направи и невъзможното, за да намери решение, и благодарение на него успяхме да останем. Истински професионалист с отношение към гостите. Останахме възхитени от всичко и си тръгваме с прекрасни спомени. Определено ще посетим хотела отново и с удоволствие ще го препоръчаме на приятели и близки!
