I had the pleasure of spending the May Day mini-holiday (May 1–3) at Barceló Royal Beach, and the experience fully met the expectations of a 5-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Todor Georgiev (Guest Relations Manager) and Mr. Dimitar (Front Office Manager). The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I received clear guidance regarding parking access and hotel facilities. What truly stood out was the constant attention to guests. Mr. Todor Georgiev was always present in the lobby, making sure everything was fine and offering help whenever needed — a great example of professionalism and hospitality. Regarding the food, the variety was excellent. Both lunch and dinner offered different options every day, with no repetition, suitable for all tastes. The SPA area is well organized, featuring an indoor pool, comfortable sun loungers, and easy access to towels using the room card. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained at a very high standard, contributing to an overall comfortable stay. I will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality services and a relaxing seaside experience.
