The room was clean & comfortable. There were nightstands with drawers on both sides of the bed which we appreciate. Everything - heat, TV, fridge, micro all worked.

Bed spread was worn thin could use an update. Breakfast was good but could use a few more choices. The individual packets of honey were no longer liquid!

Front desk staff friendly and efficient with check in. Room recently remodel / refresh. Very clean and comfortable. Can't ask anything more !

When checking in we went to the room there was hair in the bathroom floor, on the toilet in the shower, also pulling the sheets back there was little pieces of hair. Binder the bed you can tell they haven’t cleaned it much there was a piece of candy cane a bottle cap and black latex glove. I will say one thing th night shift girl was very nice. But as we were getting straight to leave the room at 1105 am the phone in the room rang and they wasn’t to say you know that checkout is at 11, as we already know this. Well we were taken stuff out to the car the lady at the front desk looked at us and said how much longer you going be. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotel and never have I ever had a hotel so this crazy.

The location was good, easy on and off of 95. Decent food options that are very close.

The sheets were clean, but that’s pretty much it. There was still hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The tile in front of the door and bathroom you could yell was not cleaned In a few room visits you could see multiple different shoe prints. There are 2 types of curtains on the window, the center and majority of the window is only a sheet curtain which made for a poor sleep…street lights and store lights at night and very bright direct sun early in the morning. The tv signal came in and out very frequently.
