This hotel was very relaxed and friendly. Very clean the rooms were wonderful and spacious. We had a private patio in our top floor room to sit and smoke and look over the beautiful city. Close to bars and restaurants and the music venue Vetter stone amphitheater. Will definitely stay again.

Stay was pleasant. Food at Olives was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and the river walk.

"Stolen money from purse"

I stayed a weekend at this Hilton and after returning home, I realized I accidentally left my purse in the room. I contacted hotel staff and informed them of the situation and asked if they could ship it to me as we don’t live close by. They told me they would email me a link to a site where I could pay the shipping fee then they would ship it to me. I waited five days and never received the email link. Finally I decided to make to trip back to Mankato to pick it up myself as I wasn’t about to wait another week for it to show up in the mail. I got my purse back only to discover that the cash that had been inside my wallet was now missing. Along with the missing cash, my wallet also contained debit and credit cards which were physically returned to me however I suspect the card information has been recorded.

Arrived 45 mins after check in and were unable to check in. Staff seemed stress and my check in felt more of a burden than welcoming. Also giving free drink tickets isn’t a fix.
