Incredible staff who were polite and friendly. Exquisite breakfast with on-site chef for freshly cooked food. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after during the 4 nights stay. 10 minute drive to CNX International Airport which was perfect. There is a really lovely Buddha and meditation area which was calming and tranquil. Beautiful koi fish too in the pond! Highly recommend a visit to Airport ChiangMai Mall - great shopping and under 10 minutes away.

Not a criticism of Rati Lanna but do be mindful of mosquitoes as they are plentiful in the ponds and river.

The staff were superb. So thoughtful and met our every need. The main waiter in the mornings was super kind, giving us recommendations for the day. We had the most relaxed time and it was so quiet. We are already looking at when to rebook. Incredible location as well. 💜

- Wonderfully decorated rooms in Thai style - Beautiful swimming pool - The hotel was very quiet overall - The staff was super attentive - The bed was very comfortable - Huge bathroom - Nice, shaded balcony (We stayed in the executive room)

- Some furniture items need a bit of attention, like the swing on our balcony - The restaurant's food is just ok For these two small reasons I'm putting 9/10 and not 10/10, but to be fair it was a great stay :)

I had a wonderful one-week stay at RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort while recovering from a leg injury, and it truly felt like being with family. Everything was exceptional — the beautiful pool, peaceful garden, river views, well-equipped gym, and especially the warm and caring staff who made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. Fruit were delivered daily. The room, the terrase snd the bathroom were all very spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully decorated. The entire hotel has a charming and elegant atmosphere that makes you feel calm the moment you arrive. It was the perfect place to slow down, rest, and recover. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable and caring experience. I would happily return again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Commuting to old town but with grab bike was very fast and easy.
