Cancellation Rooms canceled after midday three days prior to arrival will be charged in full unless the hotel is able to resell the accommodations. For rooms canceled prior to the cancellation deadline (or where the hotel has successfully resold the room) deposits will be retained and may be redeemed against future bookings for a period of 6 months from date of cancellation. Access Guests have 24 hours access to their rooms but reception does close at 8pm. The hotel does not have a elevator and accommodations on the 3rd or 4th floor may not be suitable for non-ambulatory people. Children & Groups Unfortunately, our guest house is unable to cater for children under the age of 12. For the consideration of other guests, our guest house does not accept any groups such as stag & hen parties, but not limited to. Any group bookings made at Brighton House will get canceled at no cost to the guest house. The property does not accept any groups including bachelor/bachelorette/birthday parties. If any group bookings are made over two rooms, the Brighton House reserves the right to cancel your booking and any relocation costs will be down to the guest.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
