"Excellent"

The receptionist are very accommodating and the room has all the facilities needed. Restaurants are close by for those that don’t want to cook

Très surpris que le 2nd lit, un canapé-lit, du studio ne puisse être replié et diminue autant la surface de circulation, cela semble complètement idiot: nous étions 2 mais il n'y avait pas d'autre studio disponible à la réservation. Personnel d'accueil très compétent et agréable

I booked because it had a swimming pool but it is currently not in use. The facilities should exclude if the swimming pool is currently not in use.

"Lamentable "

Je suis arrivé à 18h15. La "réception" fermé à 18h !!! Il y a bien un numéro de portable mais personne ne répond. Après 45 min d'attente et les multiples essais de la plateforme hôtels.com. aucun résultat. Obligé de trouver un autre logement et n'ayant pas de nouvelles de l'hôtel, je pense ne pas être remboursé. Le minimum serait de contacter les clients avant 18h ou de leur donner les codes !! Fuyez.

Zenitude Hôtel - Résidences Les Jardins de Lourdes: La résidence Zenitude les jardins de Lourdes est simplement zen et cosy pour a 3 minutes pour la visite de la grotte, musée de cire et Notre-Dame de lourdes au passage nous avons découvert un bon restaurant africain Burkina Faso 🇧🇫 chez Yacou on y mangent bien bye bye Lourdes

They do not clean your apartment during your stay. Nor provide clean towels everyday. Reception should be manned at all times.

Todo perfecto, muy amable y servicial la recepcionista que hablaba perfectamente español. Te lo hacen muy fácil y cómodo. Perfecto para lo que buscábamos, mucha tranquilidad. Cuando volvamos a Lourdes no dudaremos en repetir aquí, es una magnífica opción con muy buena relación calidad/precio.

"Pratique et agréable "

L'accueil est souriant et professionnel.le studio est propre,bien agencé.un bémol pour la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien.La piscine pourrait être mieux entretenue mais a été bien agréable après un voyage de six en pleine chaleur.l'hotel esttres bien situé à quelques minutes du sanctuaire.l'endroit est parfait pour séjourner quelques jours.
