Cuando llegamos, una hora más tarde de la que supuesto se hace el ingreso no estaba nuestra habitación lista y tomamos otra para discapacitados que el baño era súper incómodo por suerte al otro día pudimos cambiarnos! El desayuno si no lo pagaste incluido no te conviene porque es muy caro La gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable

Requested for a quiet room, but was assigned to a room next to elevator with "ding-dong" sound, which is very disturbing.

heavily intoxicated, incoherent man entered my room in the middle of the night without my permission. I had to scream for several minutes until other guests came to help. I ran to reception expecting assistance, but instead I was blamed for “not closing the door properly”. I was in shock and had to call the police myself. The man was later found and detained. Waking up and realizing there is a stranger inside your room is literally a nightmare — something you would expect from a horror movie, not from a Pullman hotel. The most shocking part is not only the incident itself, but how the hotel handled it — dismissive, unprofessional, and even mocking. The staff involved - Constanza (reception), Daniel (security) and another security (i don’t recall the name) showed no urgency and no real willingness to take responsibility. This is a serious security failure. Either the key system or the door locking system did not work, and in both cases it is the hotel’s responsibility. I still have not received any proper response or explanation from the hotel, and no one has taken real responsibility for what happened. I am fully committed to pursuing this case further and will escalate it to the relevant authorities, including the tourism police and SERNAC. I will also share my experience publicly across social media and review platforms, as this is a serious safety issue that other travelers should be aware of.
