Great place to stay, clean

The Accessible room I had was perfect. I just had difficulty walking to the room all the way to the back. Also, the doors are very heavy and I didn't find a way to prop it open. I had 3 bags and had to carry them in one at a time. I refer staying where breakfast is included. But the room was great.

Housekeepers did amazing job place always smelt clean. Staff was very friendly

Too many freaking hidden fees charged a extra $150 in fees not worth it

Breakfast was very sub-par, large dead roaches were found in the public area down stairs, TV is the common area downstairs did not work on first day and on the second day the channels were dry limited.

Located near numerous top tier restraunts as well as to PINS and Port Aransas.

We showed up AFTER check in time, our room was not ready. We waited 45 minutes. My partner is in a wheelchair and needed to take care of medical issues and lay down.
