Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi

Very old and outdated facility. Didn't even have free continental breakfast, even though when I made reservation they said it was free and free parking, had to pay for parking. Put in handicapped room, facility was not that clean. Would not stay at facility again, noise level was

Room was not ready until 2 hours after my check in time. The staff was not helpful or around to do their jobs. Pool was small and water was cloudy. Room had stained sheets and the sinks/showers did not drain properly. Also one entrance did not close and anyone could get in and out which is completely unsafe. Hotel needs new staffing and some upgrades. Only good thing was the location to restaurants and right off the highway.

The hotel would not honor my King room booking from hotels.com and put my husband and I in a double queen room and refused to offer any solutions.

It’s not the cleanest property on the outside. The rooms are aged. The pillows were horrible cotton sponge pillows that seem to melt as you laid on them.

Nice, clean and comfortable

House keeping came in the second day and made beds thru trash away only by the desk and cleaned everything off of the desk including Souvenirs that I had bought for myself and family members. Don’t know if they were stollen or thrown away! Not happy at all about the situation. Hotel compensated me for two days of my stay which I appreciated that but know o feel like you’re not safe leaving your property in your room. Trash was not empty in bathroom and there was trash by the microwave that wasn’t thrown away. So I don’t know why my stuff disappeared other than sticky fingers!
