"Good"

Room had hair in shower, finger prints on tables and tv. Plastic razor cap on carpet from previous visit. Worse was if tried to shower during morning the water was only a trickle and ice cold. Also unable to get internet or cell service. Very bad!!!!!!

Excellent hotel very close to COS. Easy to get to, check in, and check out. Everyone was super friendly and nice. Clean building and room. Everything worked correctly and the room was comfortable. This is a great pick if visiting the Springs area. Plenty of parking. Updated everything.

"Very nice experience! "

Very large, nice and clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding, very clean bathroom. Breakfast was not included, however, we were able to add breakfast ffor an additional $6 per room. That was $3 each and this was an order off the menu, made-to-order breakfast. I opted for a veggie omelet, which is more than i normally eat, but this also came with potatoes and 4 (4!) sausages and a drink. Best $3 we ever spent. Very nice lobby, bar & restaurant/eating area. We even had dinner there. Hotel is near the airport, but it is nice and quiet.We definitely recommend this hotel.

"Fine, but not properly cleaned."

Overall the hotel was clean and put together. Staff was friendly, accept when called from the room to ask questions regarding checking out. The only thing we disliked about the hotel was the cleanliness. The bathroom seemed as though it wasn't cleaned before we were given keys. The shower has dirt marks along the tub and walls, there was hair in the shower, on the curtain, and in the towels. The overall appearance of the room seemed cleaned but in a hurry.

"Hilton Used to Mean Something"

Not much. No corrective actions for identified problems. Staff quite indifferent and management unavailable.

Security was poor. Exit door at end of our haal would not close completely as closing mechanism installed wrong. Exit door on another hall was propped open with a rock. Flush handle on toilet very loose because internal nut not threaded on properly. Frame around room and bathroom doors installed poorly so that light came on on all sides (room door), bathroom door jam installed poorly - VERY bad workmanship. A duvet on a bed is stupid. It encourages people to run the airco wasting energy. Room not made-up after first night. No excuse or remedy from staff.
