Perfect location. It is in a quiet place and very close to the beach and to the promenade along the sea. It is a small hotel with very kind staff; they make sure you are happy. I would recommend staying there as opposed to bigger impersonal hotels. Petrovac has a nice beach, but other two beaches are in easy walking distance

По комнате и кровати бегали муравья. Все грязное. Вся ванная в плесени. Персонал неприветливый, как будто делают одолжение, пуская нас в отель. Завтра нет вообще: омлет, сосиски, пару кусков сыра и колбасы. Если придете не к началу ужина, то, скорее всего, вам ничего не достанется. На стене сидел паук. Номер грязный и старый, как будто там никто ни разу не убирался. В углах валяется комья грязи. Постельное белье меняются раз в 3-4 дня. Все говорят про прекрасное расположение. До хорошего пляжа идти примерно 35 минут. Мы сбежали в другой отель после нескольких дней прибывания тут. Нам даже не вернули деньги за дни, которые мы тут не прожили. Отвратительно. Не приезжайте сюда!

Hotel-Personal war freundlich und hat Bestes gegeben. Lage zum Strand und Restaurants sehr gut. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Küsten-Panoramaweg, direkt vom Hotel aus. Schöner kleiner Urlaubsort, romantischer kleiner Hafen mit Angeboten für Bootstouren. Schönes Panorama.

Zustand unseres Hotelzimmers war sehr enttäuschend. Defektes Waschbecken, Wasser lief aus Waschtisch auf den Boden. Defekte Steckdosen. Defekte Schranktüren.... Sehr enge Zufahrt zum Hotel.

Nähe zum Strand und die Ruhe

Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Zimmern unter dem Dach ist die Klimaanlage zu schwach. Sehr viele Treppen, daher nur für sportliche Leute geeignet.

The building looks very pretty. When we first saw it, I wanted to stay there next time, and my dream came true. It is all in flowers and surrounded by pine forest. Here the famous promenade with magic air starts. As for the room... the bed was good. We had clean linen and towels. Pillows with feathers. Beautiful view of the forest from the balcony.

The first thing I saw when I had a large heavy suitcase on wheels is very high stairs. I had to climb them up to get to the reception. I see that people ask if the hotel has rooms on the first floor for disabled people, and they answer: "Yes, we have rooms on the first floor". Keep in mind that you will have to climb up 50 steps before you finally get to your 1st floor. But absense of lift would be ok if you are strong enough. Many people write that the building old and shabby, but come on, it's not so bad. What we didn't like was the service. I see it for the first time, that there's no soap in the bathroom. Yes, you cannot just wash your hands when you came from the long road. Next, there's no shower gel (when I asked administrator, she answered: No, we have only shampoo!). Thanks god they provided clean towels and toilet paper! I think that for such price they could have given us soap. For such price we also didn't have bottles with water (we came to take a rest, not carry water from supermarket!), kettle with tea and coffee, spoons, etc. And other simple welcoming things showing visitors that the hotel cares. And finally - we got very cold at night in September. But we didn't have cases for blankets. Only one large sheet as if it were summer. After we took a shower, all the floor in the bathroom was in water. It wouldn't go away, we had to visit toilet in crocs. We didn't have a dryer where we could hang our clothes and towels after the beach. Had to hang them on chairs on the balcony. And, finally, there was very-very poor breakfast. As I wrote before, I dreamt to stay here since I first saw this place. And I saw the high price and thought that the service must also be good. But no, we don't want to return here again. Moreover, we didn't want to stay for the 2nd night and left that cold room (we live in 30 mins by car) Your service is what can be improved and it won't cost you much.
