Cool hotel with great friendly people

This was our first stay at the Dwell and we were a little anxious about our reservations. We were thrilled with everything the Dwell had to offer. We will definitely stay there again!

Loved the funky decor and the generous room size.

Came up for my birthday and was extremely impressed!! This is the best hotel stay I've ever had. The decor is top notch, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are stocked with all kinds of comfort items like a giant deep soaking bathtub, complimentary bath salts, a sound machine, soft silky robes to wear after your bath, a gas fireplace, and more. Extra care was put into guest comfort and you can tell that they are focused on providing a one of a kind experience. As a fan of the show 'The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, I couldn't help but imagine her staying here! It really feels like a nostalgic time capsule of the 50s/60s and it's done in such an artful and stylish way. The room was very spacious, clean, cute, extremely comfortable bed (from someone with back issues who needs a comfortable bed), and I just love that each room is a different theme. The building was built in 1909, so it has that old building feel, which is something I really loved about it. Purchased a really cute T-shirt as a souvenir on checkout and plan to return again soon!

A wonderfully styled property with its unique design. Blended well with the classic hotel feel. Staff was fantastic, helpful, and friendly.

I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to do so for our experience at the Dwell. This is a fantastic property - it’s unique, comfortable, clean and is impeccably decorated. My wife is a designer and couldn’t stop taking pictures. The people are awesome- from the valet guys to Carol and Ben in the front to Monica in the bar. The bedding and sheets were top notch. And for the record, the bar is about as comfortable and swanky as bars get- it’s perfect. I would HIGHLY suggest this place. Lastly, it’s got 16 rooms and would be perfect for a wedding party etc.

Beautiful boutique hotel with spacious rooms and amazing design elements throughout with lots of fun, kitschy character.

Hotel had no record of our prepaid reservation and the desk clerk did not know what to do other than offer us another room at an increased rate. It’s not clear how to get past your Virtual Assistant and it doesn’t handle this situation. Once I did get a human on the chat (after had to Google to get to a human), she was able to provide confirmation number. But it took us an hour to get this resolved, which meant no dinner before the concert we were there fo. This is twice in the last 6 months this has happened to me.
