"A great stay!"

A wonderful stay- I was celebrating my birthday while i was here and the hotel went above and beyond to make my day special. The hotel is lovely- clean, spacious - good choice at the buffet. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. Perfect location for the pyramids and the grand museum. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks so the hotel for taking great care of us!

Excellent Location and Outstanding Service The location is excellent. The breakfast and dinner are outstanding, with fresh and high-quality food served every day. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I truly felt at home during my stay. The staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. "Less Than Expected Experience"

The experience was below expectations. From the check-in process, the luggage attendant attempted to request a tip, which was unprofessional and inappropriate. The laundry service was acceptable, with reasonable pricing. However, the cooperation and professionalism of the front desk staff were not satisfactory, including Donia and another staff member at the adjacent desk. At check-in, Ali and his colleague clearly informed us that the stay included breakfast. The following morning, we were asked to pay at the restaurant, despite this confirmation. I had booked four suites, and the issue is not about the amount, but rather the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled, which caused unnecessary embarrassment in front of my guests. Such matters should be addressed discreetly and with greater respect for the guest experience.
