La struttura anche se in una posizione con vista mare non è facilmente raggiungibile e le camere risultano leggermente datate. Buono il servizio e personale gentile. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

This Hotel offers an excellent stay and dining experience. The pool experience is unbelievable when waterfall / grotto effect is working. The rooms are clean although the bath /shower could be upgraded. The maitre D should be recommended.

Restaurant staff was very good while the checking in staff need more understanding about hotel facilities. Room establishment was old and required some attention.

Vor 20 Jahren sicherlich das Erste Haus am Platz, heute nur noch die Karikatur eines 4 Sterne Hotels. Der Innenpool existiert nicht mehr, der Außenpool und die Anlagen schmutzig und ungepflegt, der Hotelparkplatz mit Zufahrt schlaglochübersät. Die Massivholzmöbel im Zimmer vermackt und abgewohnt, das Bad verdreckt und aus allen Fugen wuchert großflächig der Schimmel. Der Jacuzzi hat schon vor Jahren die Funktion aufgegeben und kann nur noch als völlig verdreckte Duschtasse genutzt werden. Das Wlan ist langsam, dafür aber instabil und stürzt mehrfach täglich ab. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse unter dem Durchschnitt, im internationalen Vergleich also erbärmlich. Die Speisenqualität im Restaurant geht von mäßig bis ungenießbar, einzig die Preise haben gehobenes Niveau. Abgerundet wird das einzigartige Erlebnis dann durch diskoartige 90 dB Randale mitten in der Woche bis 2 Uhr Morgens. Die Betreiber dieses Hotels sind anscheinend redlich und erfolgreich bemüht aus diesem Haus eine Ruine zu machen.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with wallpapered rooms, solid wooden furniture and a balcony in each room. Unfortunately, all this is ruined by the current running of the hotel. The receptionist did not even greet us as we arrived, sopping wet from the rain. He assigned us to rooms that needed fixing, when over 90% of the hotel was empty. This makes us question whether those rooms were the best they had, or if reception was unaware of the issues. We were too intimidated to ask for a change of rooms. The receptionist's attitude was completely contrasted by the maitre d's. He was helpful, polite and well-mannered.

The facility and staff were so awesome, that we stayed an extra night. The proximity to the mountaintop village of Palmi was a plus. Be sure to visit it when staying at this hotel. I very much enjoyed my stay and this luxury hotel in late September, very few guests so I was the only one using an excellent pool. Ate in a small restaurant/ hotel on the beach and was one of just three customers to enjoy a good dinner and spectacular sunset over the see with Scicily and it's island clearly seen against the red sky.

Very good place. For me one of the best hotel in Calabria especially in the ''CostaViola'' side. As soon as we arrived we have been served by a very good host that has explained to us the best thing to do in Palmi. Amazing staff with excellent service all over the place. Beautiful swimming pool with the bar next to it. Highly recommended.

Hôtel pas récent mais très bien! Personnel accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute! Très bon petits déjeuners, Hôtel vue sur mer, très belle piscine! Zscale d'une seule nuit mais nous y retournerons si besoin, nous vous conseillons.
