Good pool.

Noise from the road. Our wish to have a room not facing the road. (submitted 5 months prior to our stay) was not honoured. The kitchen was very sparsly equipped.

Schöne Anlage, nicht ganz sauber

Wir warteten 50 Minuten für das Check-In!!! Viel zu kompliziert, die Dame war alleine und hat alle Reisepässe seelenruhig erfasst, die Zusatzkosten berechnet und einkassiert und am Schluss jedem Gast das Zimmer gezeigt! Ich verstehe das nicht, die Personendaten hätten bspw. In aller Ruhe eingegeben werden können (in toter Zeit)

"Eine tolle Auszeit am nördlichsten Teil Italiens am Lago Maggiore"

Perfekt für Familien mit Hund. In der Umgebung und im Hotel sowie im Campingpark gibt es ein Restaurant und Drinks am Pool. Parken mit kurzen Laufwegen.

Lautstärke von der Kirmes gegenüber sowie die engen Parkplätze.
