Guests checking in with minors (under 18 years of age) must present an identity document and proof of parenthood or authenticated parental permission. Failure to present proper documentation will result in the hotel reserving the right of admission. Guests will be required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to verify their identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information while these guidelines are in effect. Please note that only guests residing abroad, who have been in the country for less than 90 days and are in possession of a TP-11 or 5 temporary visa or PTP-5 temporary stay permit are exempt from paying the 19% VAT for the duration of their stay. This will be validated by requesting the identity card or passport at the time of check-in. The 19% VAT tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
