Comfort Inn & Suites Millbrook-Prattville

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly front desk host. Decent breakfast.

I have stayed at Comfort Inn Millbrook, AL many times and have always enjoyed my stay. So, this negative experience is a type of anomaly in my experiences at this property. I have been trying almost continuously for an hour today (7/25) to reach someone at the front desk but to no avail. Now, someone just disconnects the call/ hangs up. Before I was left to incessant music, despite the auto-human stating someone would be with me in 25 seconds. I checked out this same morning and my $50 deposit has not been "unheld." On every other stay it was released at checkout, which is when the the clerks say it will be releasesed/refunded. It, plus the room price, was taken out of my account. Additionally, there has been a $2.00 unauthorized charge on my card. The nominal amount does not excuse the deed. I called corporate after I could not reach anyone locally and was told the $2.00 was a refund of a local tax. However, it shows as a charge against my account. Corporate said they would notify the manager. I'll see how this ends.

Really clean. Older lady checked us in. A couple small children running behind counter, just being kids, but found it unprofessional and distracting. Seemed like grandma was babysitting. Google maps had us turning wrong way on exit, then it was hard to see entrance to get into hotel once we turned around.

Clean place

Everything until 1:30 am when kids were running up and down the hall and banging on doors woke our room up as well as our adult children and grandson on 2nd floor as well calling the rooms

The place is perfect. But you definitely want to use an app to reserve.
