First impressions were good. The room was large and clean. The hotels is well located, within walking distance to everything. But... staff seemed quite indifferent. Never a smile or a greeting. We reported one issue in our room to two different people, but there was no follow up. Breakfast was okay, but not in line with a hotel of this level. But the woman who worked the breakfast area was the only friendly and helpful employee we encountered. Weird but when we checked out, they didn't even bother to ask us how our stay was.
