Buena ubicación, las camas estaban amplias, buen espacio para las personas que éramos.

Pondría un poco más de detalle a la limpieza de blancos, faltó un poco más de iluminación a la primera habitación.

la ubicación es muy buena, es una zona que tiene cerca muchos restaurantes y cafeterias y esta a menos de 5 min caminando al angel de la independencia.

El sillon de la sala ya esta un poco viejo y usado, esta limpio, pero ya esta muy usado. La cama si esta muy comoda y a lo mejor como sugerencia, cambien las almohadas por unas mas fiermes, la cantidad de almohadas que ponen es la correcta asi dejenlo.

The facilities are very outdated and of poor quality, with bathroom towels that are a decade old. Customer service has been the worst I've experienced in recent years. I advise against wasting your time and money here, as this place doesn't merit it.

The front desk staff were very rude and unhelpful, and the service was poor.

Really great location. The rest was terrible.

The bathroom was filthy, covered in mould and smelt of damp. We found hairs on the bed linen but generally the bedroom was ok. The whole place needs to be refurbished. We were so tired the first night that we just wanted to make some food and crash but the kitchen comes with the bare minimum. No pots or pans, no kettle, nothing to cook or clean with. We asked for a pan and the receptionist said that only the cleaning staff have access to that and they were no there (7pm). Staff were not friendly or helpful. The next day we tried to make coffee with the coffee machine but upon opening it to add water, it was full of mould which had clearly been there for a long time. We checked out immediately and are waiting for a refund on the 2 nights that we didn't use. So far, we've heard nothing from the hotel despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them. Booking.com was not helpful either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
