Super accommodating last minute as our flight was cancelled. Staff were lovely and warm. Hotel is beautiful and beds were super comfy

The staff were truly wonderful and did their very best to assist us with everything. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely service-oriented.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived after 11:00 PM and left at 7:30 AM the next morning, yet our stay was extremely unsatisfactory. The room we were initially given was exceptionally small and completely unsuitable for three guests. Despite informing the hotel in advance and requesting an extra bed, it had not been prepared upon our arrival. The room also felt stuffy and was not properly clean. After we complained, the staff — who were genuinely kind and helpful — offered us another room, which was cleaner but still extremely small, to the point that it was impossible to fully open a suitcase. Considering that we paid approximately €600 for this stay, we expected a significantly higher standard of accommodation and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I believe a refund or partial compensation is fully justified.

The staff were wonderful and kind. The bed was comfortable , we enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it had great options to choose from and everything was delicious, we also enjoyed spending time at the beach.

The room was comfortable but many things were not fixed or done properly, for example the caulking in the bathroom doesn’t look right, the shape and size of the fan in the shower was too small and you could see the square hole in the wall behind it, etc. the room was clean, but many things were a bit outdated. The hotel was noisy, especially at the pool in the day. They had loud music by the bar, and then a different kind of music blasting on another speaker at the pool near the gift shop. It wasn’t relaxing to be there, the beach was better. It would also be nice if the spa was include in the stay, because for us the cost of the room was not worth it alone.

Just stayed at Zeus Dolce in Athens and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Staff were excellent- super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were very fast, no waiting around which was perfect after travel. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade- clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Made our stay even better. Food was nice with great variety to choose from at breakfast/lunch Something for everyone and everything tasted fresh. Special thanks to Ms Anna for making our stay so comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference! Thanks again Zeus Dolce team for the great hospitality. Would 100% recommend and stay again next time I’m in Athens.

Hezký hotel u moře s krásnou pláží. Celkový dojem z pobytu byl perfektní. Největší poděkování ale patří paní Anně, která se o hosty příkladně stará od příjezdu až do odjezdu. Snaží se splnit každé přání a svou ochotou nám všem pobyt neskutečně zpříjemnila!

Πήγαμε με την παρέα μου να περάσουμε ένα σαββατοκύριακο χαλαρό και να ξεκουραστούμε. Πραγματικά εντυπωσιαστήκαμε από την τοποθεσία, λίγα χιλιόμετρα από την Αθήνα, μέσα στο πράσινο και στην ησυχία. Ήταν τόσο καθαρό και ο χώρος γύρω από την πισίνα, οι τουαλέτες και οι χώροι μέσα στους διαδρόμους και στο εστιατόριο. Αυτό που μας έκανε όμως την μεγαλύτερη εντύπωση, ήταν η p,r manager Anna, χαμογελαστή, ήρεμη κι έτοιμη να ανταποκριθεί σε ό,τι τη ρωτούσαμε. Τη μία μέρα που είχε συννεφιά μας βοήθησε να κλείσουμε μια εκδρομή και ήταν πάντα κοντά μας στο να κάνει τη διαμονή μας ακόμα καλύτερη!!! Σύντομα θα ξαναπάμε, η Άννα μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας!!!
