Property Notes

A TV is not included in the rate. It can be added at an extra cost of EUR 8 per day or EUR 42 per week. An additional cost is required for the following services: laundry and daily house-keeping. Reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, except on Wednesday all day and on Sunday afternoon, outside of French school holidays. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Bed linen is included but not kitchen linen. For a change of bed linen, a EUR 12 per person per change applies. Bathroom linen is not included but can rented on site at a EUR 12 extra charge per person per change. Upon request and subject to availability, high chairs and hairdryers are available. Pets cost EUR 50 per stay upon request. WiFi is available in the accommodations for EUR 20 per week. Please note that the city tax has to be paid on site. There will be either an imprint made on the guest's credit card or guests may also choose to leave a check. The free Kids Club for children aged 4 to 12 is offered during the summer school holidays.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Qualità prezzo buono"

Posto molto bello, servizio tirato all’osso, abbiamo dovuto fare le pulizie anche tv a pagamento come internet. Pioggia in soggiorno dalla doccia, però è vero che per il prezzo vale ancora la pena

"Résidence de vacances correcte"

L'appartement était correct dans l'ensemble. Juste la douche à réviser. Il y avait un problème avec le four micro-ondes et on me l'a vite remplacé. Pour 36 euros la nuit c'est nettement mieux qu'un hôtel F1 et la place n'est pas loin.

"Niet voor herhaling vatbaar ."

Het is een rustige locatie / omgeving . Voordeel : direct aan het strand en een binnen en buitenzwembad . Nadeel : slechte bedden , erg gehorig in het huisje , basic inrichting , douchen in bad en geen toilet boven . Plastic tuinmeubelen . WiFi tegen betaling en niet altijd bereik . Geen stofzuiger in het huisje ,bij inchecken moet je een creditcard kunnen overhandigen ivm een borg van €250 .De receptie is niet lang open en alleen Franstalig.

"Amazing for families"

The staff were amazing. We are not french speakers, and they were so helpful and couldn't do enough. Amazing pout door and indoor pools overlooking a secluded beach.

"Excellent location but low grade villa!"

The view of the beach and outdoor facilities were amazing! Couldn't ask for a more beautiful location. However, the villa was very bad quality. My son got locked in the bathroom because the door lock broke and the kitchen sink area and shower area had lots of mold. Heads up, no towels or wi-fi are provided. You will need to pay for both if you want them in your villa. Parking was also a nightmare! They just didn't have enough spaces available for all their guests. We often had to park long distances from our villa.
