Dame in der Reception hat sich bemüht. Frühstück akzeptabel. Badezimmer in der überteuerten Suite neu

Bis auf wenige Details hat das Hotel den kommunistischen "Charme" ExYugoslaviens. vollkommen bewahrt Tito hätte sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Mobilar offensichtlich aus dieser Zeit. In den Räumen gibt es entweder keine Minibar oder diese ist leer. auch in der Suite mit € 155,--. Alte Teppichböden und teilweise ebenso die Matrazen. Völlig mangelnde Kundenorientiertheit in Management. Die Dame in der Reception versuchte zwar meinen Buchungsfehler (habe statt 2 Räume irrtümlich 3 bestellt zu korrigieren jedoch wurde sie vom Backoffice daran gehindert.

Lokacija.

Čeprav naj bi bil hotel prenovljen, je v kopalnici odpadal omet, vrata tuš kabine so bila pokvarjena, pisalna miza zelo stara, luščeča. Zelo visok vzglavnik. Osebje je bilo vnaprej 2x obveščeno o celiakiji, vendar niso vedeli nič o tem - vseeno so pripravili obrok (zrezek na žaru, pusti riž). Do dvigala je treba kar nekaj prehoditi, tudi nekaj stopnic.
