Swimming pool out of order

I am thankful to have a room with the blizzard coming. I did pick this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. When I checked in, there was a sign saying closed because under repairs. The room is clean and tidy. It smells musty, and there is broken furniture, a lamp that doesn’t work right, and there was a washcloth between the mattress and box springs, that I found when doing bedbug checks. I do those checks, no matter what hotel Hilton included. Also, the breakfast area downstairs, which is next to the pool area, smells like dirty water.

Friendly staff, great breakfast

The place was clean quiet and friendly! Breakfast offerings reasonable. Gave service a 3 because there was no coffee in lobby or breakfast area in the morning. Apparently the pipes froze. Also the pool and hot tub were out of commission. We were over one night so wouldn’t have used it anyway. Still, we would stay here again.
