Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Detroit Metro Airport Romulus

We have stayed here many times because of the location.

We were given a handicap room that we did not request. The bed was almost on the floor. The mattress had some mattress pad that had noise all night. Not a good at all.

If you want to stay somewhere where they value you as a guest and care about your needs DO NOT go here. The front desk rep - Tara was cold, nasty and uncaring. We could not have picked a worse spot. The breakfast is minimal and barely qualifies as a breakfast. The only good thing is the shuttle to the airport. Stay somewhere else, not here.

Was very disappointed I was told that parking was included with this hotel and of course it wasn’t but a friend of ours did get a voucher getting a cheaper parking pass. We were never told anything about this parking pass so we ended up having to pay full price.

Absolutely nothing!!

I stayed for a birthday get away and only came for the Jacuzzi and it was out of order with no notice not even at check-in. Staff was not friendly at all!! And worst of all I found blood on my comforter. I nicely went to the desk and asked if I could get new bedding. Left for a few hours when we returned our bed was freshly made I didn't think anything of it thinking I had clean bedding to wake up and notice it was the same exact bloody blanket just turned flipped around. Lastly the breakfast was not good.

I had to purchase a room when I already had paid for a room on line when I showed conformation number for online purchase it did not show up. I paid twice for one night stay. This should be on not like section

Having to pay double for one night stay because hotel could not find my reservation even after giving them my confirmation number. Would like my refund

My kiddos loved the pool but the whirlpool was broken 😞. I booked it because it had a whirlpool for my husband.

The whirlpool was broken, the room we got only had a shower so my kiddos couldn't soak in the bath tub. Plus the breakfast in the morning was nothing worth getting up for so my family went down and didn't eat there instead we went to breakfast at another restaurant
