"The resort is beautiful and clean and the staff are good but they are not trained to receive halfboard customers."

Most of Staffs are friendly

We were on half board , but all policy cater for all inclusive, that coused me and my brother some uncomfortable as the staff sometimes think we are not dwelling in the hotel (no wristbands).

Ottima posizione, camera grande con balcone attrezzato, cibo con grande varietà sia a colazione, pranzo e cena con pietanze cucinate sul momento diverse per ogni giorno della settimana. Personale sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Unica pecca il servizio in camera. Mancava sempre qualcosa dopo il rifacimento delle stanze, se ripristinavano gli asciugamani non c'era il sapone...se c'era il sapone non pulivano le tazze del tè o mancava il caffè. Comunque dietro richiesta provvedevano tempestivamente.

Le camere grandi, la posizione

Il bar della hall apre alle 17, prima si deve per forza andare al bar della piscina. Tavoli del ristorante sporchi. Pochi camerieri che corrono per soddisfare i clienti ma serve personale in più.
