Everything and everyone was awesome!!

We had not requested a handicapped accessible room, but did receive one. In the complete accessible shower, there was no shelf whatsoever to put shampoo or soap. If I had been handicapped, I was picking the soap and shampoo up from the floor. Probably not a great idea. Otherwise everything else was fine and acceptable.

We had water damage in our home and our insurance put us up here since it was so close to our home. We stayed for 28 days left for one night (since the hotel doesn’t allow anyone to stay over 28 days. We returned for another 20+ days. In particular Levi and Sierra were so amazing, so supportive and caring, always smiling and helpful. Tina the manager was also very hospitable and extremely helpful. Everyone was extra kind to our little boys who were a bit sad that we weren’t at home. The continental breakfast was great, the hotel in itself was very clean, all the way down to the gym. We are thankful we were treated so well in that difficult time. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And we thank everyone there for your thoughtfulness.

It was exactly want we wanted. Close to relatives. Levi was especially professional upon check-in. We didn't catch the name of the young woman who checked us out but she was outstanding.Suggestion: on the weekend of Daylight Saving time you need to have more flexibility on the breakfast hours. We almost missed the cut-off time.

Staff was very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and the location was perfect.

The shower water pressure was not good, beds are not comfortable and the coffee pot could only be used in the bathroom, not ideal.
