Please note: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in at Palm Canyon Resort. A daily taxable resort fee is charged upon arrival. Resort Fee Inclusions: 10% discount at the Spa, sport court access ( basketball and paddles upon request), press reader access during guest stay, self-parking, and wifi. Pool Policy: For safety, guests must be at least 48 inches tall to ride the large waterslide. Maximum room occupancy will be strictly enforced. One Bedroom Suites allows a maximum of 4 guests. Max occupancy for Two Bedroom Suites is 6 guests. Check-out guests are not able to utilize the pool/resort amenities due to high occupancy. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. Failure to provide valid payment could result in the cancelation of the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Felt more like an airport hotel with large rooms and fancy pool than a nice 'resort' property"

nice size room and great to have kitcvhen with dishes and utensils

Overall facility is very tired. Tubs were a plastic shell over an old tub. Televisions were hard to manage. the check-in process was truly painful: it took 30 mimnutes and most questions were met with either "we can't fdo that" or ""i don't think we can do that". And I was told that the room type we reserved through booking was not available and we were asked to producee proof of the reservation. There was no offer to be helpful. There was, however, many attemopts to sell timeshares, promotions, and 'presentations'. Including unwanted phone calls to our room. The middle of the day fire-alarm (false) didn't help any.... ALSO - There is no restaurant on-site except for a poolside bar.
