ibis Martigues

The hotel was under renovations and the restaurant was therefore closed and so was the café. I was unable to get any food for my three day stay that I was there as everything locally was also shut. It would’ve been nice for this to be on the website when I booked the hotel.

Dans un premier temps on ne nous a pas donné le type de chambre réservé. Il n'a pas été mentionné que le restaurant de l'hôtel était en travaux. Proposition de plateaux repas... Parfum des produits de nettoyage incommodant dans les couloirs.

Disponibilità e gentilezza

Staff were good though I had little interaction. The problem was the noise. On arrival I requested somewhere quiet. At reception I was told it is a quiet area at night!! A party arrived around midnight and decided to pretty much wake up most of the lower floors shouting and singing. The barman closed the bar early (0130) so the party moved to the street outside where it continued until 0330 in the morning. I would suggest on arrival insist on a room away from the street if possible if like me you want to sleep at night.

Très bonne accueil chambre propre petit déjeuner copieux il y a tout ce qu il faut par contre les options de restauration décevante on pourrait s attendre à mieux de la part de ibis hôtel…..

Standard hotel..nothing special but what one expects from a chain hotel.,

Tout était top sauf l’accueil du matin, personne à l’accueil pour payer le séjour, trop de queue au petit déjeuner et pas de place pour s’installer , organisation à revoir ! Par ailleurs le prix pour un petit déjeuner sur plateau ne devrait pas être le même que pour un buffet !!

Ubicado en una localidad costera tradicionalmente de pescadores, bastante pintoresca. El hotel está en una zona tranquila y a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro del pueblo.
