Some of the staff was really nice

When I went to the receptionist desk to let the gentleman know that the room smelled like mole, and that my grandchild has suffered from that he did not look up he didn’t respond. He didn’t even acknowledge that. I was thinking of speaking to him. First of all my room was not clean. They put me in a dirty room. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had this kind of experience.

I have stayed at this property many times and I was very disappointed my room smelled as it had mold in it also I was given a nasty room that hadn’t been cleaned the shower and toilet hadn’t been touched

People were nice. Good spot.

Our carpets were wet in all three rooms on third floor. Dehumidifier was full and stopped running. Had some black mold in it. We had to empty cause no one in maintenance was there. They said a/c was causing moisture. Rooms were smelling musty. No other rooms available.
