The toilet was leaking. We let them know and they put towels down around and explained there was only one other room free.

Great for a young family. Kids loved the pool and games room. Great place to unwind after exploring Ballarat and Daylesford.

Halal food options were available on property. This was very helpful and inclusive of the hotel. Kids enjoyed their activities

Spa was small and generally busy. The pool was not really usable due to the cold, needs to be more heated as its outside.

Large sized room They continuously brought out breakfast items even close to 10am when breakfast ended. Kids loved the automatic pancake mixer!

They gave us a room on level one overlooking the fairway, which is what we paid for, however I would have preferred a higher level as we had a roof blocking our view. Kids use the spa bath in the bathroom to only see after they finished that the Jets must have been extremely dirty as dirt and bugs had come out! Then the next day when we had left the room and they came in for the cleaning service they completely missed cleaning the bathtub so I had to call them to come out again to clean it, which they did so quickly.
