Nice hotel!!

Wonderful and helpful staff

I need a refund these rooms were horrible. My room got switched twice.

It was great, very convenient location near dining and grocery stores, as well as easy access to highway

Easy and convenient pit stop

Had to change rooms 3 times to get a okay room. Still not clean. The floors are so dirty. The linen was not clean. Had to continue to go to the front desk to get in my room. Could not lock up my items in the room. The safe would not work. The lamp broke when we turned it on, had to get an replacement. So all i can say, it needs to be remodeled.

Staff displayed true southern hospitality

Items and furnishings in the room are a little dated, but overall the unit was clean and comfortable. Only 2 small glasses in the room.

Worth the affordable price

Upon check in I had to wait for someone to be at the front desk for 5 minutes. When the woman did come in she asked about if I needed to check in and my name. After this I was confused because she was talking and it didn’t make sense, she had an ear bud in and was on the phone. Upon entering the room it had a very musty smell and the AC would not go any lower than 72. In a jacuzzi room temperature is essential. While in the jacuzzi a roach crawled out of the access panel to the jacuzzi. After I killed this I then encountered ants alive and dead in the restroom. Then while crawling into bed plugging things in I saw between the bed and nightstand was a used bandaid. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years but both the staff and cleanliness have went down hill drastically. I brought my concerns up to the front desk and they were dismissed and said the Exterminator was there yesterday. With so many other hotels in this area, use another one if you want a great stay.
