Homewood Suites by Hilton Fairfield-Napa Valley Area

It was nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Comfortable accommodations for a family of 4. That being said, there were a few things that kept it from being fantastic. One of the tub/showers didn't drain so we stood in water whils showering. The floors in the kitchen had water damage from what looked like the refrigerator. The light bulbs were out in some of the lights. Nothing crazy, just enough small things to start to notice. Mentioned the tub not draining at checkout and they gave us points for the inconvenience and were very apologetic so I appreciated how the staff handled the complaint. Breakfast was pretty good too! We would definitely stay here again as the floor plan was perfect for our family.

I stayed at Homewood Suites in Faifield, CA Sept. 25-29, 2024, while construction work was happening at my apartment complex. The Homewood Suites staff were so great and extremely helpful. My room was perfect and a great place to relax. Nice selection of movies on tv. I tried out the well-appointed weight/fitness room. Didn't get to the indoor pool, but it sure looked great, too. Hearty compliments to all the staff! Alex checked me in and found me a great room at a really reasonable rate. Kaialani helped me extend my stay. Gabriella also assisted me with questions and key renewal. Jorge was also a welcoming host at the complimentary evening snack social. I solidly recommend this stay to all!! Thank you again for a super great experience!!

None of my tvs worked in my room

I loved the breakfast. I didn’t have a chance to do much of anything because I got to the hotel late and I had to leave early the next morning. The room was way more than I expected, loved it!😀

Good location, but sketchy and possibly homeless people living behind property. Also, the HVAC system did not work in my room. When mentioned upon departure, no concessions were offered.

This is our second time here and will probably be our go to hotel now whenever we go drive to Napa Valley. Hotel is very pleasant, clean and organize. They offer good variety options for breakfast. They also offer coffee, hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies by the entrance. Will recommend!

First, the one star given is in no way a reflection on the individuals who work at this hotel. The first issue was parking. They tried to charge 12 dollars to park. As stated in other reviews this is not posted on the web page or when you book on the hilton app. Then there is a sign at the desk in red clearly stating the owner is not responsible for any break ins to your vehicle. You also have to sign a paper for this. There are no cameras anywhere to monitor the parking lot. Safety is not important to the owner. Then EVERY ice machine is broken and you have to bother the front desk so they have to go to the kitchen to get ice. This owner also does not care about employees having to do extra work. Next, the swimming pool was closed since the heater was not working. This property has not been well maintained and safety is not important. The only thing the owner cares about is nickel and diming guests, offering amenities not available, and swindling a parking fee.

Dirty disposable coffee cups left in room, no shampoo in bathroom, bathtub drain was clogged with no available maintenance staff to help.

Decent price and spacious room, but hotel seemed very understaffed. We asked for a crib but the employee couldn’t find one of reach her manager so we went without for the first night. Then the pool was out of service, which was the main reason we booked this one. Breakfast was terrible—“sausage” and eggs seemed freeze dried and other options were minimal. Overall, property feels outdated and lacking for the Hilton brand.
