Hotel CLARUM 101

Hotel was a disaster. Noisy, cold, and bad service. Basically, lost an entire night sleep and got sick.

All good no problems at all

The hotel is nicely located in the Chapalita area. The staff is really helpful and they make every effort to make your stay a good one. The room is a bit small for the price you are paying, but they have made good use of the available space.

I always stay at this hotel for the comfort and location to all the business I have to attend to in Guadalajara

Location is excellent, especially if you get to enjoy Sunday's evening activities at the nearby park (roundabout). Service is always nice and friendly, and the rooms are clean, neat, and well cared for. Great find.

Probably more convenient for business visits than tourists.

I had a very bad experience, I usually stay here for business. This tim e I was traveling on vacation with my wife and the staff let me in, for a 4 night stay,without telling me that they would be shutting down the next three days for maintenance. I was kicked out the next morning. VERY BAD MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Everything you wanted in much more personal experience. Great location, comfortable rooms, good continental breakfast. Great for work or a couples weekend. Not so good for family since all rooms are for a max of two people. Very good price for what you get.

Staying in Clarum 101 was an awesome experience. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this small hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. It is a low key hotel and very relaxing atmosphere. I hope that I can stay there next time.

I returned to the hotel at 9:30 p.m. on my second night and was told there would be a private event with loud music until 3 a.m. This on a night when I wanted to sleep because I had to wake up early for a flight. Not a pleasant night and a most unpleasant surprise.
